Our Return Policy

For Unwanted Items – Within 60 Days

Full Refund:

If you are not completely satisfied with our product and wanted to return for any reason, you can return the item to us in its original condition within 60 days of delivery. We will offer you the full refund of the price you paid initially and please note that you are responsible for return postage.

Please note the returned item is required to be in an “original condition”, described as below:

  • Unused
  • in its original, undamaged packaging
  • with any seals and shrink-wrap intact
  • In a saleable condition

Partial Refund:

If you return an item to us that is not in its original condition we will refund part of the purchase price for the item along with the minimum return postage cost (please note we can only refund the ordinary delivery cost e.g. Royal Mail 1st Class / 2ndClass. Any cost incurred by using express or special courier services isn’t refundable e.g. Special Delivery, DHL express etc.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

For Faulty Items – Within 30 Days

If you received a faulty item on arrival, you have 30 calendar days to claim a full refund or exchange. Any claims beyond the 30 days period, will be processed under the terms of the Manufacturers’ Warranty.

You can return the faulty item to us with its original packaging including all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we will arrange a replacement to be shipped or full refund to you via your original payment method.

However if we find this returned item is not faulty or has been tampered with, we will return the item to you (In certain circumstances, we will have to diagnose that fault by working with the manufacturers before a replacement can be issued – i.e. battery not able to charge, speaker not responding to sound etc.) and you are liable to pay the delivery cost.

Please note that returns outside of 30 calendar days will only be offered with replacements.

 For Wrong / Defective Items – Within 30  Days

In the event of we have sent you a defective or incorrect item, you will need to return the original item to within 30 days. We will offer a full refund, including postage if you send the item back within 30 days.

18 Months warranty

We provide 18 months warranty for the product and 6 months warranty for the product’s accessories. You are eligible to return the product to us for repair under your 18 months warranty if your product develops a fault within 18 months of receipt of your goods.
